Blue sapphire come in such a range of tones and hues that desirability is a matter of personal taste and preference. As far as the industry is concerned however this cornflower blue is the most valuable available.
Lighter tones of blue partnered with high transparency allow the gem to best show off its natural brilliance. In this ring, the 1.25 carat oval sapphire is lit up by the combined 1.00 carat of diamonds that encircle it and run down the shoulders of the ring. All are of nice VS-SI-GH quality and set into 5.6 grams of brightly rhodium plated 14 karat white gold. This is one head-turning, attention-grabbing finger full of bling.
It comes accompanied by a Gemtech Certificate of Evaluation that lists an extremely high Retail Replacement Value of $11,200.00 CAD.
