0.50ct. chocolate & white diamond (SI-I-HI) oval drop earrings, 3.0gr. 10 karat. $700.00 CAD. 151-00338
Made in Canada and crafted using Canadian sourced gold. These earrings are an interesting exercise in mirror image 3 dimensional symmetry. It would have been easy to just make an oval hoop bead set with diamonds, but this set showcases what looks like a twisted square wire with diamonds set on two sides. The illusion is very effective and gives the earrings a far more interesting shadowed look. They are also hinged on the diamond set vertical bar adding sparkle at the slightest movement.
The earrings contain 82 tiny brilliant cut chocolate brown and white natural diamonds. We’ve calculated the diamonds weigh an estimated 0.50 carats in total weight. They are well matched of SI to I clarity with HI colour (white diamonds). The brown diamonds have been enhanced with a black rhodium plating added some extra contrast. Excellent condition looking like new. Secured by medium length 0.8mm posts with sturdy butterfly friction backs. They weigh a combined weight of just over 3 grams. Estate priced at $700.00 CAD.
