Canadian made 14 karat diamond set infinity ring $549.00.

The month of May has one very important date that everyone should be aware of and observe. May 10th is Mother’s Day. A date to recognize all the things they do for you. Custom 14kt white gold diamond hoop earrings 30% off.

A little while ago an opportunity presented itself to buy a parcel of around 10.00 carats of the prettiest single cut diamonds I have ever seen. The quality was high VS to SI clarity, the colour was really good ranging from F to H and the size was quite large at 0.02 carats each. Despite the name, these round single cut diamonds do not just have a single facet but have in fact a full 17. This type of faceting pattern is not often encountered and seldom used today. Most modern diamonds, even as small a 0.005 carats are cut with the 57 facet modern brilliant cut pattern. While there is no doubt the brilliant cut is more flattering to larger diamonds, I think high quality small diamonds look much better when they are the single cut design. Even Rolex still use single cut diamonds on the dials of their watches and no one would argue that they look great. We decided to use the roughly 500 little diamonds in some custom hoop earrings. Not just the basic channel set across the front style but a full treatment of diamonds running around the entire earring. Across the outside front and around the inside back giving a full display of sparkle. Each diamond is hand set in 14 karat white gold with a brilliant white polished rhodium finish. 55th Anniversary Estate Sale

 Today begins our 56th year in downtown Barrie. Not many businesses can boast the kind of history we can. For over half a century 52 Dunlop Street West has been my families home away from home and continues to be a familiar landmark for our downtown community. 0.60ct. Natural Fancy Brownish Pink Diamond GIA cert. $4375.00

Unique and rare are words often used to describe high quality jewellery. However when you’re talking about natural coloured diamonds rare doesn’t even come close to expressing just how uncommon this variety of diamond is. Most people have seen a few natural brown or even yellow diamonds of various qualities but I would bet very few have seen a natural pink diamond.
